Indigo Gabbro is also known as Mystic Merlinite (although it should not be confused with Dendritic Agate, which is also called Merlinite by some). Indigo Gabbro features a blue-grey or purple-grey and black pattern, sometimes with subtle silvery-blue flashes from within (though they are not as plentiful as in some other stones known for their flash). It is comprised of Plagioclase Feldspar and contains a mix of minerals and inclusions that give it its mottled appearance.
