Please take care to repackage the item in its original box (or similar) so that it will be safe on its return journey.

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will be able to issue a refund for the cost of the item itself and an exchange of a different specimen of the same type of tower (depending on availability). Please let us know whether you would prefer an exchange or refund of the item. Bear in mind that gemstone towers do feature natural qualities inherent to the growth patterns of the stone. Shipping Fees are non-refundable, as they are given to the courier at the time your order is shipped, for the purpose of Delivery Service.

We strongly recommend tracked shipping when returning your package, as this will be the best way to ensure that it is properly delivered to us by the USPS. Your package must reach us within 30 days of the original Date of Delivery, so please make sure to ship your return package as soon as you are able.

We collect packages from our PO Box each Thursday (excluding Federal Holidays which cause the post office to be inaccessible to us), and process any refunds or exchanges the same day or following Friday (in the instance of a large return queue). Please allow up to five business days (M-F) for funds to return to the original method of payment in the instance of a refund. Often, this happens much quicker, but as it is dependent on the speed with which your banking institution processes transactions the speed may vary. Reimbursement of funds will always be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
