How Does Our Reward Program Work?
🩷 When you're signed into your account, every order you make earns you Crystal Reward Points! The more orders you make in a year, the higher your Rewards Tier will climb!
🩷 You can redeem your Crystal Reward Points for Reward Codes via your Reward Menu. You can also get special discounts when you Refer Friends via the Reward Menu!
🩷 Our Reward Codes change every so often, so make sure to check in and see what new goodies we have in store! You could grab Reward Codes for Free Items, Huge Discounts, or Free Shipping if you visit at the right time~!
🩷Be on the lookout for Pointsapalooza promotions! You can get extra Crystal Reward Points when you place orders during these!
🩷 You can use one Code per Order.
🩷 Crystal Reward Points do not expire, but Reward Codes do, so we always suggest holding onto your Crystal Reward Points until you're ready to redeem a Reward Code.
What are Reward Tiers?
🩷 Each year, your account will earn a Reward Tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) that will give you access to special Reward Codes and perks based on how much you've ordered with us!
🩷 All members begin at Bronze Tier at the start of the year. By spending $250 USD within the year, your account will ascend to Silver Tier. By spending $500 USD within the year, your account will ascend to Gold Tier. By spending $1000 USD within the year, your account will ascend to Platinum Tier.
🩷 Reward Tiers are automatically assigned based on total account spend during the year (excluding taxes and shipping fees). Your account's Reward Tier will give you access to Tier-specific goodies! You can check your Reward Tier perks at any time by visiting your Rewards Menu.
What Are the Reward Program Limitations?
🩷 You must be signed into your account when making an order so that your points will be automatically added to your Rewards Menu. Crystal Reward Points are usually added automatically to the Rewards Menu within 24 hours.
🩷 Only one Reward Code may be redeemed per Order. On occasion, if the shop is running a stacked-on-stacked promotion (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free on top of 50% off) the Reward Code may not be combined with the promotions. We apologize deeply for this limitation!
🩷 In order to receive your Birthday Points, please ensure that you've added your Birth date to the Reward Menu at least 30 days prior to your Birthday.
🩷 When using a Free Item Reward Code, please ensure that the eligible item is in your cart before applying the Code at checkout, as the Code cannot function properly if the item is not there for it to make Free.
