Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled before the order ships. To cancel an order prior to shipment, please follow these steps (for mobile or desktop users):
1. Click on the chat bubble located on the bottom, left-hand corner of every page.
2. In the area where it says "Write Message", please type the order number to be canceled, along with the words "Order cancellation request".
3. Click the arrow at the bottom-right of the message window to submit your request.
4. The next window will request your first name, last name, and email tied to your account / order. Click the "Start Chat" button.
5. The chat window will appear. If you need to provide further information related to your cancelation, you can in this window. This will leave a message for us that you would like your order cancelled. Once we are able to check the message, we will cancel your order (as long as it has not been shipped yet).
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, they will need to be returned.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Returns are accepted is a product is incorrect or does not match the product listing.
Returns are accepted by USPS mail.
To contact us to initiate a return:
1. Click on the chat bubble located on the bottom, left-hand corner of every page.
2. In the area where it says "Write Message", please type the order number to be returned, along with the words "Return request".
3. Click the arrow at the bottom-right of the message window to submit your request.
4. The next window will request your first name, last name, and email tied to your account / order. Click the "Start Chat" button.
5. The chat window will appear. Please provide full details regarding the incorrect, damaged, or defective item(s). Click the image attachment icon on the bottom-left of the chat window and send us photos of:
- invoice included in your package
- incorrect, defective, or damaged item - including damaged area
- shipping packaging & all items in order (if item was damaged in transit)
If your item(s) was damaged in transit, you must retain the shipping package and all shipping materials, as required by USPS and UPS for damage claims.
6. Once we authorize your return, you will receive a prepaid downloadable return label via email. This will allow you to ship the item(s) back to us without paying for shipping.
7. We must receive your return within 30 days of the delivery date indicated on your tracking number. Items must be in their original condition, so please package them carefully.
8. Used products are not accepted. We cannot accept the return of used hygiene items, candles, Sage, herbs, or Palo Santo.
9. We do not charge a restocking fee.
10. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we have received the returned item. We check our PO Box for return packages every Thursday (except in the instance of federal holiday or state of emergency).
11. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
12. Monies are returned to the original payment method, or you may request store credit.
Customer Remorse
When you purchased the wrong product, the wrong size, or you no longer want the item:
Returns are accepted by USPS mail within 30 days of the original delivery of your package.

6. Prepaid return labels are not provided for Customer Remorse Returns. You can purchase postage online at usps.com or stamps.com. We advised tracked shipping, to ensure that the package is properly delivered back to us by USPS.
7. We must receive your return within 30 days of the delivery date; indicated on your tracking number. Items must be in their original condition, so please package them carefully.
