HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
🩷 We can cancel an order for you as long as it has not shipped yet! Please note that if your order has received a Tracking Number, it has already been processed. At that point, alterations and cancellations are no longer possible. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
🩷 Before your order has a Tracking Number, please reach out to us through email at admin@crystalgemstoneshop.com or by chat (clicking the happy face icon in the lower left corner when visiting our website). Please make sure to include information such as your Order Number, Name, etc so that we will be able to assist you in the best way possible. Our team is tiny and we do not outsource any of our customer service, so you may not receive an immediate response, but we will write back to you as soon as humanly possible. Thank you for being kind!
🩷 We do not charge any kind of restocking or handling fee.
In the event of Damage or Discrepancy
🩷 We work very hard to make sure you will get the right item in great condition every time, but we're always happy to help if things don't go quite right.
Reach out to us for help via email at admin@crystalgemstoneshop.com within 5 Days of your order's Delivery date. In your email to us, let us know your Name, Order Number, and any questions or concerns you have about your items. Send photos of the items, packaging, and paper invoice for your order. In the event of sizing concerns, we may ask for photos of items beside a ruler or ring sizer. With this information, we'll be able to proceed with helping in the best way possible.
🩷 If the product you received is not what was ordered or does not match the information from the product listing, we will offer a Return Label so that you can send the item back to us for refund. The item must return to us in original condition within 30 days of the Delivery of your order to be eligible for refund. Once the item has returned to us, the cost of the item will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the item (often this happens much sooner, but it does depend on the speed with which your bank accepts incoming funds).
🩷 If the product you received is correct, but was damaged by USPS or UPS during transit, we will help provide you all the information you will need to file a damaged mail claim for the package so that USPS / UPS may reimburse you. When filing your claim with USPS or UPS, you can do so via their websites. Please Note: they may require you to retain the shipping package and all shipping materials. Refer to their claims processes for further information.

What if I changed my Mind?
🩷 We really hope that you'll love your gems and that they'll be a great addition to your collection, but we completely understand if that's not the case! Within 14 Days of the original Delivery date for your order, reach out to us via email at admin@crystalgemstoneshop.com to obtain return authorization and instructions for how to send the item/s back. In your email to us, let us know your Name, Order Number, and why you'd like to return your item/s (you can even just say that you changed your mind). Send photos of the items to let us know their current condition and we'll let you know if the return is approved.
🩷 We aren't able to approve returns of certain items, such as: hygiene items, burned or used items (Sage/incense/candles), dried herbs, individual pieces from gift sets, or blind bags. We do not accept returns that consist of only the Buy ___ items from Buy ___ Get ___ promotions. Items must be in their original condition and return to us within 30 days of the original Delivery date of the order to be eligible for refund.
🩷 Once you have received authorization for the return, please take care to package it safely for its return trip to us and purchase a tracked shipping label from your local post office, the USPS website, or a provider such as Stamps.com to send the item/s back. We check our PO Box for returning packages every Thursday. Once the item has returned to us, the cost of the item will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the item (often this happens much sooner, but it does depend on the speed with which your bank accepts incoming funds). Please note that shipping fees are not refunded, as those fees go to the courier for transport of the package.
🩷 Please understand that if you have not obtained authorization for a return, we cannot offer a refund for it. It is vital for you to contact us prior to shipping something to us, as we refuse delivery of unauthorized packages.
