What Are the Shipping Charges?
All orders ship free from us the best way in the USA & Puerto Rico. If you would like to upgrade to a different shipping service or speed, you can opt to upgrade your shipping.
All of our international customers, we offer the best rates for international shipping at checkout :)
Rewards from our Loyalty Program do not ship for free, you will need to pay for shipping for any rewards redeemed through our loyalty program.
How Long Does it Take to Ship?
We ship anywhere from 1 business day to 3 business days of your order; depending on order flow. Business days are Monday through Friday :) Then you can select during check out the type of delivery you wish for your package.
For example, if it takes us 2 days to pick & ship your order, and you choose Priority 2 day delivery, it will take 4 days for your order to get to your door.
How Long Does it Take to Arrive?
As an example, if it takes us 2 days to prepare and ship your order, and you choose 3-day Priority Shipping through USPS, then it would take 5 days for your order to arrive.
How Does Shipping Work?
We receive your order, it takes 1-3 business days to pull, prep, pack, and ship your package.
We tender your package to a shipping courier chosen by us, or that you chose at checkout. Once we hand your package to USPS, UPS, or DHL, you will need to communicate with them in regards to any questions about delivery of your package.
We do not have access to the internal, private systems of other companies and therefore we cannot provide you information about where your package is, when it will be delivered, or further requests or delivery instructions.
If there is an issue with the delivery of your package, you need to contact the courier you selected as your shipping contract is with them directly. We do not provide shipping cost refunds for any service; delivery times are not guaranteed by the couriers.
What Happens if My Package is Returned?
If your package is returned to us because you did not supply a complete shipping address, or because you have moved and did not update your forwarding mail address, or if you chose not to pay the customs fees when the package arrived in your country, then we will notify you and you will have to pay the shipping again for the package to be sent a second time.
What if I Have Trouble With My Package Delivery?
No matter if you are domestic or international, whichever mail carrier you choose is responsible for delivery of your package. We have no control over how quickly any shipping service delivers a package once it leaves our business. We do everything we can to help with delayed or lost packages. You can always contact your local USPS office and ask to speak to the post master, or contact the shipping service you chose for further support on the delivery of your package.
International customers: if you prefer a shipping method beyond USPS we do offer FedEx, please send us a message to discuss options. Otherwise, we ship all international orders via USPS. International customers are responsible for all customs fees on the package. Once a package leaves our workshop we no longer have control over the package. International customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier to determine the status of any package through the tracking number we provide you.
We are not responsible for lost packages, but we do everything we can from our side with the United States Postal Service to help you locate your lost package. While most international packages arrive within 1-2 weeks it can take up to 8 weeks for delivery in some countries. Be aware that any international customs office can detain a package for up to 30 days.
