2. How can I change or cancel my gemstone order?
If you need to cancel or change a Crystal Gemstone Shop order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. However, please note that we are committed to making sure that our customers receive their orders as accurately and quickly as possible. For this reason, sometimes we cannot alter or cancel orders once they have been placed with us and have already been shipped out.
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
At Crystal Gemstone Shop, we accept all major credit cards (e.g., Visa Discover, Mastercard) as well as PayPal. We also offer Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay for your convenience.
4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once we receive your order, we will ship it in two to four business days (Monday to Friday) depending on the flow of orders we are receiving at the time. Once it’s been shipped, you’ll receive your order in the delivery time frame you choose. For instance, if you select Priority two-day delivery and we take three days to fulfill and ship your package, you should receive your order in five days. 5. How do you handle international shipping?
We use the United States Postal Service for all of our international orders. However, we offer FedEx as well if you prefer this shipping method. Just send us an email to go over your shipping options.
Please note that all of our global customers must assume responsibility for their packages’ customs fees. In addition, as soon as your package leaves our workshop, Crystal Gemstone Shop no longer has control over it. You must get in touch with your local carrier if you wish to find out your package’s status via the order tracking number we provide for you.
Most of our international packages will arrive within one to two weeks. However, delivery might take as long as eight weeks in some countries. In addition, international customs offices have been known to detain packages for as many as 30 days at times.
6. How do you resolve the issue of lost packages?
We don’t assume responsibility for any lost package, but we will do all we can to help you with locating your package if it becomes lost.
7. Do you offer returns?
At Crystal Gemstone Shop, we’re proud to offer a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee on all of our crystals. Once you receive your order, we ask that you contact us within 5 days to discuss a return. After we provide return authorization, you’ll have up to 30 days from your delivery date to ship your order back to us. You’ll receive a full refund or exchange once we receive your package!
All items should be in their original (or comparable) packaging and the same box or bubble mailer they arrived in (or a similar one). Your package to us should also include a copy of your original invoice, so we can identify your order.
8. Where do you source your stones from?
We work directly with small mines, mine vendors, and stone-cutters to source crystals and gemstones from all over the world. While the exact source of our stones may vary over time, we’ve created a list of different stones and their common country of origin here.
